2025 Gender Pay Gap Report
The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires organisations with over 50 employees to report on their hourly gender pay gap. A “snapshot” date in the month of June is typically selected to base the reporting. A headcount of all employees on this date was carried out and the gender pay information was calculated based on those employees’ remuneration between 21 June 2024 and 20 June 2025.
